Poppy Making - Remembrance

Still image for this video
Because if lockdown, we couldn’t have a Remembrance service so we decided to make a gift for those who served for us instead. We learnt lots of different skills and were very pleased. We loved the response back too because we received letters from people in our community
Year 2 Christmas Performance
The children at a school in Loche Downe have an important role to play this Christmas. They spread some kindness and in return have gifts that bring the town together. If you would like a link to this video, please contact the school.
September 21st - 'International Peace Day'

This week the children have been talking about International Peace Day and what it means to them. They all agreed it was about being "together" and enjoyed making this picture to represent this.
